What is Business Coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship, which focuses on taking action towards the realization of visions, goals or desires.  Coaching uses expertise, inquiry and personal discovery to build a new level of awareness and responsibility. It provides structure, accountability, support and feedback.  The coaching process helps to both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.  (from the International Coaching Federation)
